We saw our favourite heroes Iron Man and Black Widow sacrifice their lives to win the war against Thanos in Avengers: Endgame. Captain America gave up his superpowers in the end to live a life like a normal person.Fans have still not been able to process that truth, and rumours around Robert Downey Jr’s return has only left them excited. Well, we don’t know about Scarlett Johansson’s upcoming flick, but Thor: Love And Thunder has a hope there.
Thor: Love And Thunder director Taika Waititi literally played a prank on his fans, and we wouldn’t hold back from saying he played with our emotions. The filmmaker took to his Instagram account and shared a script of the upcoming film with fans during a live session. Fans went berserk when they witnessed some scenes between Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man and Chris Hemsworth’s Thor.
The script witnessed dialogues like Chris’ character saying ‘You’re back’ with Tony Stark replying ‘In the sack baby’. Eventually Iron Man goes onto say that all of the dead will be back and Thanos will be back too, which leads for Thor asking whether the Avengers will assemble all over again. Well, that’s where it began our doubts until it turned out that the script was nothing but a prank played on fans.

Meanwhile, Thor: Love And Thunder will witness Christian Bale as the antagonist along with Natalie Portman’s return as the female Thor. The film is slated for a release in February, 2020.
Previously it was being said that Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man will witness his return in Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow. Since the film is set between the 80s and is a prequel, the same is totally possible.
While our favourite hero’s return in Thor’s upcoming film turned out to be a joke, we can only hope that the same doesn’t happen with Natasha Romanoff’s film.
