Due to the lockdown, we don’t have many options to spend our time so why not do Marvelathon? Yesterday, I gave you interesting reasons why you should watch Iron Man. Today, I’m going to tell you some fascinating observations I made in Iron Man 2. If you have watched the film several times, you can still enjoy it. If you are watching it for the first time, well, you are in for a lot of exciting scenes.
Iron Man 2, directed by Jon Favreau stars Robert Downey Jr, Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sam Rockwell, and Samuel L Jackson. The film released in 2010 and gave us a hint that the world of Marvel Cinematic Universe is going to grow further.
From Elon Musk’s cameo to Black Widow’s introduction to Thor’s Mjolnir, here are the reason what makes Iron Man 2 worth a watch:
1. Elon Musk
At Monaco Grand Prix event in Iron Man 2, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk made an appearance for a few seconds. He also interacts with Pepper Potts and Tony Stark in the film.
2. Tesseract
Tesseract plays a crucial role in the Marvel films. It has space stone inside it. When Tony takes a look at his dad Howard Stark’s books, there’s a tesseract diagram in the book.
3. Captain America’s Shield
In the first film, we see Captain America’s shield placed on Tony Stark’s table. In the second film, the shield again makes an appearance and this time, Stark uses is to fix his arc reactor.
4. Black Widow
It is in Iron Man 2 we see Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow aka Natasha Romanoff’s first appearance. The actress enters Tony Stark’s life as a spy and he has no clue about her reality for a long time.

5. War Machine
Tony’s best friend Rhodey, played by Don Cheadle dons his War Machine’s suit for the first time in this film. War Machine’s first fight in MCU is against his friend Iron Man.
6. Hero Map
When Nick Fury and Tony Stark have a serious discussion, we see several screens around them. One of the screens shows the Hero Map. It means it shows the chances of other superheroes like Captain America, Thor, Hulk and others being around in the world.
7. Thor’s Mjolnir
Along with Black Widow, Thor also makes an entry in the end credits of the film, but not directly. In the end credits scene, we get to see Thor’s hammer Mjolnir placed on the ground in New Mexico. This was a hint that the God of Thunder is making his entry in the world of Marvel.
