Actress Lea Michele, who was Naya River’s co-star in Glee, has deleted her Twitter account.
The pregnant actress was trolled by people, who said that ‘it should have been her’ to go missing instead of Naya Rivera. The latter has been declared missing after a boat accident on Wednesday. Her son was found alone on the boat.
However, many users have blasted the trolls also. The troll tweets which are quite abusive in nature, faced a lot of criticism from other section of netizens.

One user wrote, “Listen, you don’t have to like Lea Michele especially after she treated her costars bad, but to go on Twitter/Instagram and harass her by wishing it was her instead of Naya Rivera doesn’t make you any better of a person. Use that energy to pray for Naya.”
Another wrote, “No matter how bad things were between Lea Michele and Naya Rivera, that was years ago. Any comments saying it should’ve been Lea is disgusting. I can guarantee that Naya wouldn’t want her fans saying that and that Lea doesn’t want this happening either.”
Naya Rivera had talked about the toxicity of her relationship with Michele in her memoir called ‘Sorry Not Sorry’, in 2016.
She wrote, “I don’t hate Lea, and I never have. But I think [she] didn’t like sharing the spotlight. She had a hard time separating work from our outside friendship, whereas it was a lot easier for me… lea was a lot more sensitive, though, and sometimes it seemed like she blamed me for anything and everything that went wrong.”
Since 3rd June, Lea Michele is not active on Twitter. She had posted a statement on Instagram, regarding accusations of her ‘bullying’ another actress on Glee.
Actress Samantha Marie Ware had accused Lea as well. She said that Michele had made her life ‘a living hell’ as well as made racist comments.
In response, Lea promised to ‘be better in the future’ and said sorry for ‘any pain caused.’
Lea Michele said, “While I don’t remember ever making this specific statement and I have never judged others by their background or color of their skin, that’s not really the point, what matters is that I clearly acted in ways which hurt other people.”
She continued, “Whether it was my privileged position and perspective that caused me to be perceived as insensitive or inappropriate at times or whether it was just my immaturity and me just being unnecessarily difficult.”
Meanwhile, Naya Rivera’s body is yet to be found.
