Singer Katy Perry is expecting her first child with Orlando Bloom. And the couple is all set for the arrival of their baby girl. The duo met in January 2016 and got engaged on 14th February 2019. They announced Katy’s pregnancy in March 2020.
Katy Perry appeared on the latest episode of Celebrity Small Talk and talked all about her preparations. Katy was asked if she has changed her vehicle to a minivan, but the singer said, “no,” and that she owns a hybrid SUV instead.
Smallzy, the host then asked Katy Perry if the hybrid SUV has a car seat to which Perry said “no” again. At the same time, she said, “Not yet, but there’s one [a car seat] in the garage…It’s all happening, bit by bit, little by little.”

Katy Perry also told Smallzy that she is not going to choose between motherhood or her singing career, “I never wanted to have to choose between being a mother and doing what I love. As long as it brings me joy, then I think the energy surrounding it and my family is healthy. I’m an active mum, I call myself a mom on the move.”

On the other hand, there were rumors regarding the famous couple’s relationship, saying there are ‘ups and downs’. But a source told HollywoodLife that the rumors were ‘highly exaggerated’.
Another source exclusively talked to HollywoodLife and said, “Katy is not only dealing with a ton of real emotions about becoming a first-time mom, but she’s also doing so under enormously unusual circumstances. And all Orlando wants is to be there for Katy every step of the way. But at the same time he’s also going through so much as the future husband and father, and feels like he needs to be the protector.”
