Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are all set to welcome a little bundle of joy in their life. But a couple of years ago life wasn’t this pretty for the singer, as she was dealing with a few ‘lowest’ moments of her life. In the latest interview, Perry has revealed how the Hoffman Process has helped her recover and be ready for Motherhood that awaits.
Calling pregnancy amid the pandemic an emotional rollercoaster, Katy Perry looked back at the time when she was going through a tough phase. Her album failing and the breakup with Orlando Bloom were two of the reasons. She revealed how her lowest moments felt nightmares.

While on this she shed light on the Hoffman Process that she took and benefited her for good. Talking to People, Katy Perry said, “How could I have felt that so powerfully to the point where my body was seizing? We all have negative conversations going on in your head that can take the wheel. “It got me out of this desperate loop of being the best pop star ever. I just really want to be a human being and have the dimension of life. I get to live life, and I get to bring life into the world. Finding gratitude in this pain has been a real journey, but the outcome is worth it,” Katy Perry added.
Meanwhile, Orlando Bloom and Perry will be welcoming their baby girl anytime soon. The couple had shared the news back in April, in the cutest way possible.
