Well during a feud between Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift, Kim had called the Love Story singer a snake when Taylor had claimed that she had no idea Kanye would call her a b**** in his song Famous, which was released in 2016.
Kim shared a clip at the time which showed Kanye consulting Taylor about whether he could use the line I feel like me and Taylor might still have s*x, suggesting the singer had lied about being forewarned about the song.
The backlash Taylor received from Kim’s claim is thought to be the part of the reason behind why she took a hiatus from music shortly after.
A representative for Taylor said in 2016: ‘Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single Famous on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, “I made that b**** famous”.’
However, a clip that surfaced on social media in March appeared to show that Kanye didn’t consult Taylor about the ‘b****’ lyric, and only asked her about the other line in the song, which was previously mentioned by Kim.
After a few days the entire phone conversation between Taylor Swift and Kanye West leaked which proved that the singer was telling the truth.
