
We just can’t wait to get this evil-eyed year of 2020 to get over. With few exceptions, the year has been a nightmare for everyone. We saw some great personalities from several fields, especially the film industry, losing their lives. Now, there’s another sad piece of news is flowing in about Star Wars’ fame Jeremy Bulloch.
The actor well known for his role of Boba Fett in original Star Wars trilogy breathed his last on Thursday. He was 75 years old. He died in London due to health complications after surviving Parkinson’s disease for several years.
The statement from Jeremy’s agent reads, “We are very sad to announce the death of actor Jeremy Bulloch earlier today. He died peacefully, in hospital, surrounded by his family. Jeremy was best-known for the role of Boba Fett in the original Star Wars trilogy. He had a long and happy career spanning more than 45 years. He was devoted to his wife, three sons and 10 grandchildren and they will miss him terribly. We ask that their privacy be respected at this very difficult time.”

Jeremy Bulloch was born in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Apart from Star Wars, he was known for his roles in Octopussy, and television series, Doctor Who.
As soon as Jeremy’s death news broke in, several actors expressed their grief. Mark Hamill aka Luke Skywalker wrote, “Jeremy Bulloch was the quintessential English gentleman. A fine actor, delightful company & so kind to everyone lucky enough to meet or work with him. I will deeply miss him & am so grateful to have known him. RIP – DearJeremy,” as per his tweet. “Today we lost the best bounty hunter in the galaxy, RIP Jeremy Bulloch Boba Fett,” Billy Dee Williams paid tribute.
Star Wars’ official Twitter account too paid a tribute to the much-loved bounty hunter by quoting, “He will be remembered not only for his iconic portrayal of the legendary character but also for his warmth and generous spirit which have become an enduring part of his rich legacy.”
