And guess what, he is already breaking records.
For the unversed, back in the end of October 2019, Dwayne aka The Rock announced his tequila brand. While in this October, he made it official that the batch of the drink is in the ageing process and will be delivered by 2021. Now, an exciting report has come in on its first-year sales which is unbelievable.
As per Shanken News Daily, the news and research outlet for wine, spirits and beer executives, Dwayne Johnson’s Teremana Tequila has stirred the market and will make huge money by March 2021. The brand is all set to sell 300,000 9-litre cases by the end of 2021’s first quarter. Also, it is expected to ship 400,000 cases around the world. Now, that’s really huge!

Speaking on the same, Dwayne Johnson took to Instagram and shared a screenshot showing Teremana Tequila’s record sale. He even wrote, “In the world of the spirits business, I can’t begin to tell you how massive of a deal this is – ALL BECAUSE OF YOU. It’s a special @teremana Tuesday as I raise my glass of GRATITUDE to ALL OF YOU who’ve pushed Teremana to a smashing record-setting first year of sales.”
“Our entire Teremana team and myself will proudly continue to put in the hard work and deliver the TRUE, tequila of the people. Enjoy your MANA, my friends and THANK YOU,” he continued.
Meanwhile, while announcing the first batch of the brand, Dwayne had written, “FINALLY! It’s with great excitement, gratitude and humility that I can officially announce to the world that our @teremana ANEJO will be aged to completion and delivered to you by Q4 of 2021!!”
