The show emerged as a highly successful during its original run. Everyone associated with the show shot to the huge popularity and the one who reaped the most benefits was Charlie Sheen. Yes, you read that right. The actor got a huge hike in his fees post the success of the first few seasons.
It wasn’t just any normal hike but it made Charlie Sheen, the highest-paid actor of television. He used to charge a whopping $1.8 million for a single episode, as per who.com.au. It was for the 8th season, The Three Musketeers actor enjoyed a lucrative deal. Unfortunately, the same season also proved to be Charlie’s last season.

In 2011, he was replaced by Ashton Kutcher. He got paid with a sum of $700,000 per episode.
Meanwhile, a few months back, Charlie Sheen was in the news due to the rape allegations. He was accused of raping the late child actor Corey Haim during the filming of their 1986 film “Lucas”, by Corey Feldman. Reacting to it, the actor slammed Corey.
Feldman resurfaced the claims in the new documentary, “(My) Truth: The Rape of Two Coreys”. The film also lists the other men who assaulted him and his friend Haim, as per metro.co.uk.
Denying the allegations, Sheen’s rep said: “These sick, twisted and outlandish allegations never occurred. Period. I would urge everyone to consider the source and read what his mother Judy Haim has to say.”
