Cameran Eubanks made a shocking revelation when she announced that she won’t be returning to Bravo’s Southern Charm for the seventh season. She also rubbished the rumors around her husband and revealed that her departure from Southern Charm had nothing to do with the fake news about her husband Jason Wimberly being unfaithful.
Cameran released a lengthy statement about her marriage, and assured fans that she decided to depart from Southern Charm long before the cheating rumors surfaced. Cameran and Jason got married in 2014 and the rumors have drastically affected her. She even defended Jason’s choice to stay off the Bravo series from the last six seasons.
In the statement she shared on Instagram, she wrote – “I was going to make a kind statement about why I decided to leave the show tomorrow, However, it has come to my attention that insidious rumors are now spreading and fake articles are being written…some of which pertain to my marriage. While the rumors are upsetting, sadly it doesn’t surprise me as this is what reality television has come to nowadays and a large reason why I kept my marriage off the air. You must protect what is sacred to you. Some things don’t work a big paycheck, What upsets me the most is that my husband, who is the most sincere and faithful human I know is falsely dragged into this. It disgusts me”.

She added – “He always supported me filming the show even though he wanted no part of the spotlight, I can’t get too upset though because this is what you sign up for when you put your life on reality TV…and why I’m getting out of it now.“Drama is needed to stay relevant on reality television and sadly false rumors about others are sometimes created, Make of that what you will and consider the source. My decision was made months ago and it had absolutely nothing to do with ridiculous and fake rumors about my marriage”.
She concluded the statement by saying – “Please disregard any fabricated rumor. It’s a ploy to ratings and that’s it, Now I know I was smart to leave the party early. My gut has never failed me.” To all of the genuine and kind fans, cast and crew that I have worked with over the years and had the pleasure of knowing…thank you”.
Cameran has been a major part of the Southern Charm since its beginning in March 2014. She has always done the show’s voice-over narration in all the episodes. The news of her exit from the show has shocked the fans of the show.
