Avengers: Endgame: From Being Friends With Celebs To Having His Ice-Cream Brand, Script Reveals Mark Ruffalo’s Smart Hulk Is A Celebrity!

Almost a year ago, Avengers: Endgame released worldwide and many things happened in the film that are discussed even today. The deaths of Black Widow (played by Scarlett Johansson) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) and Captain America (played by Chris Evans) giving up his powers shattered the Marvel fans. One thing that left them all surprised was Hulk’s (played by Mark Ruffalo) transformation to Smart Hulk.

Smart Hulk was nothing like the angry and uncontrollable Hulk we all saw in the previous Marvel films. This new version of him was happy, loving and popular (Remember those 2 kids asking him for a selfie in the restaurant?). We all were left wondering why is Smart Hulk popular. Well, the Avengers: Endgame script that was recently released to the public released have answered this important question.

As reported by Screenrant, Mark Ruffalo’s character was a science celebrity during that time and hence, he was popular among the people. In the scene where Steve Rogers aka Captain America, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow and Scott Lang aka Ant-Man (played by Paul Rudd) visit him to make a time travel machine, Smart Hulk mentions one of his celebrity friends. When the trio asks him to help them with time travel machine to seek infinity stones, in the script, Ruffalo’s character answers, “I’m supposed to be on Oprah next week, but I guess I could move things around.”

When the Avengers attempt their first time travel, Smart Hulk again mentions another celebrity he is friends with. He tells Scott, “I’m personal friends with Bill Nye, the Science Guy.”

The third time Smart Hulk shows off his celebrity status is when he and Rocket visit New Asgard to get in touch with Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth). As they enter New Asgard, everyone gives a curious look to them. When Rocket questions Ruffalo’s character why are people looking at them, he answers, “I’m kind of famous.” However, the makers didn’t include this part in Avengers: Endgame film. In fact, in the film, Rocket is shown directly questioning the condition of Thor’s New Asgard.

The script also mentions that Smart Hulk also has his own brand of ice-cream called ‘Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream’.

Well, reading all this makes us wonder why isn’t Marvel planning to make a solo movie on Smart Hulk? The audience would really love to see his celebrity life and his bond with the popular stars!
