Avengers: Endgame witnessed a mad response, all across the world making an unprecedented buzz for Avengers 5. The film which turned out to be the biggest blockbuster of all time, witnessed all our favourite superheroes including Iron Man, Spider-Man, Black Widow amongst others, come together to defeat Thanos, the supervillain. Although there were some sacrifices and a major victory, MCU is moving on without Robert Downey Jr. and it’s tough, but happening!

For the unversed, Black Widow played by Scarlett Johansson and Downey’s Iron Man sacrificed their lives for the betterment of the universe. While the former is witnessing a prequel of her character with a solo film, Avengers: Endgame marked an end to Iron Man’s era. But who will replace our favourite and his legacy? That’s exactly what Captain Marvel wants to do.

If a recent report by We Got This Covered is to be believed, Marvel makers have agreed to let Captain America lead the Avengers clan. Furthermore, it is being said that she’s being paid a whopping sum for her role, equal to her male contemporaries. The future may even witness her in a negative twist who might turn on her friends, and the clan may come together to destroy her.

With a certain section of the Marvel fans being unhappy with Brie Larson, it is now to be seen how the twist will be received by them, if it really happens. What is your take?
