During the last court proceeding, a witness confirmed that Johnny was out of town when Amber blamed him for the bruises of her face. She alleged that the Fantastic Beasts actor threw a phone on her. However, things now turn more difficult as Heard’s text with Elon now goes viral.
In the documents obtained by Mirror, Amber Heard and Elon Musk were confirmed texting while she was married to Johnny Depp. She even opened up about the fight, and the Tesla creator offered 24*7 security.

Yes, you heard that right. In one of the texts, Elon Musk mentioned he remembers ‘J’ (Johnny Depp) has been violent in the past. He further tells Amber Heard that he will protect her. It was then when Amber shared that she is filing for divorce and a restraining order. And the Aquaman actress actually did that in the next week.
Johnny Depp’s attorney questioned Elon Musk in the court regarding this. He mentioned how the SpaceX founder claimed in his tweet that he didn’t date Amber Heard until ‘late June.’
Adam Waldman, Depp’s lawyer questioned, “Last week, Elon Musk publicly claimed his relationship with Amber Heard did not start until late June 2016. Why say late June? Because that date makes it appear he had no involvement with Ms Heard while she executed her May abuse hoax, and would carry Musk past the day she appeared with a battered eye and finger marks on her throat two weeks after Mr. Depp had left the country in early June.”
Regarding the text message, the attorney said, “These texts, along with sworn testimony placing Musk at the scene, suggest a different story. Here was Ms. Heard’s itinerary the day these texts were sent to Rocketman – May 22, 2016 – just hours after she claimed Mr. Depp savagely beat her with phone and hands: in the morning, she met for 8 minutes with the building front desk officer, who testified her face, which was captured on CCTV with no visible bruises.”
