The Three-Body Problem is a story about humanity’s first contact with an alien settlement and what it turns out into. The project will be a series also having Brad Pitt as one of the producers. His involvement in the cast is still a question.

Weiss While talking about the show in a statement said, “Liu Cixin’s trilogy is the most ambitious science-fiction series we’ve read, taking readers on a journey from the 1960s until the end of time, from life on our pale blue dot to the distant fringes of the universe.”

The two will be joined by Star Wars’ The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson. The news has sure left the fans excited, and The Three-Body Problem has already become an anticipated show on Netflix.
