When Johnny Depp made an entry as Gellert Grindelwald for the first time in Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, the audience went berserk. Everyone was astonished to see the powerful performance of Depp as the dark wizard. After all, Grindelwald is considered to be eviler than Voldemort in the magical world of Hogwarts.

In Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, we got to see more of Johnny Depp and his vicious intentions. But looks like the legal battle and controversies with his ex-wife Amber Heard might affect the third film. As reported by Nationeditions, Depp is unlikely to be a part of the third film also starring Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law.

The portal reported that the makers are not planning to cast Johnny Depp in Fantastic Beasts 3. In 2018, when he was a part of the sequel, JK Rowling had received a lot of backlash from people.  However, these are just speculations. Nothing is confirmed officially yet. So there are chances that Depp might be a part of the FB 3 and reprise his character, Grindelwald.

Talking about Johnny Depp’s character, fans can’t wait to see more on his equation with Jude Law’s Albus Dumbledore. In Fantastic Beasts: Crimes Of Grindelwald, we got to see them not for much long on the screen. So people are looking forward to more Grindelwald-Dumbledore scenes.

Also, there are reports that Depp might get to reprise his character Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of The Caribbean 6. The film will have Karen Gillan in the lead and Johnny reportedly having a special appearance.
