It’s true that Marvel and Disney wanted to release Scarlett’s film on the digital platform. However, they have changed their minds and decided to give it a theatrical release only. As reported by WeGotThisCovered, an insider from Comic Book told them that both the production companies were concerned about the financial income they would miss out on if the film is released digitally. Also, the current crisis has led to a major loss of many big production houses and the overall entertainment industry. So, no matter how much delay happens, for now, the decision is to release the film on the big screen.

Talking about Black Widow, the film will tell us Natasha Romanoff’s story before she becomes an Avenger. David Harbour plays her father (Red Guardian) and the film also stars Florence Pugh and Rachel Weisz. Actor Robert Downey Jr aka Tony Stark reportedly has a special appearance in the film. However, there’s no confirmation on the same yet.
