Those films released in India between 1st October 2009 and 30th September 2010 and which must have had a run in the cinemas for seven consecutive days. No type of television or internet transmission of those films should have occurred at any time prior to their theatrical release. Furthermore, the recording of the original dialogue tracks as well as the completed films must be predominantly in an Indian language or languages other than English.
