Yodha Box Office Collection Day 4: Makes Decent Business On 1st Monday

After a weekend of 17.51 crores where good growth had come on Saturday (6.01 crores) and then a further increment in numbers was seen on Sunday (7.25 crores), all eyes were on how well Yodha would hang in there on Monday. After all, Friday itself was 4.25 crores and hence, the numbers on Monday needed to be reasonably substantial so that the first week would pass on smoothly.

Yodha’s collection on Monday was 2.25 crores. Considering the usual Monday drop, the film saw a dip in yesterday’s numbers. Nevertheless, the collections are decent; without the BOGO offer, the film’s performance relied on its merits. While a collection of around 3 crores would have been ideal, reaching the 2 crore mark is a positive sign. The hope is that the film can maintain this performance throughout the week.

The Sidharth Malhotra starrer has now collected 19.76 crores and will most definitely cross 25 crores mark before entering the second week. What has to be seen is the kind of distance that it covers beyond this point. Yodha is a good action entertainer with twists, turns and suspense and definitely deserves its audience.
