The theatrical trailer of Avengers: Infinity War was unveiled yesterday and the same has taken the social media by storm. The film, which will see all the superheroes team up to fight against the mighty Thanos is slated to release in India on 27th April 2018.
The theatrical trailer has ensured that the film will open huge at the Box-Office in India. It in-fact stands a solid chance to emerge the biggest Hollywood opener of all time in our country, by surpassing the current record holder, Fast and Furious 7, which raked in Rs 12.30 crore on its opening day.

Over the years, Marvels have built a loyal audience for their superhero films and the same has helped superheroes with absolutely no face value in India, like Black Panther, open to respectable numbers. As Avengers sees the teaming up for Iron Man, Spiderman, Captain America, Thor, Black Panther and The Hulk, we can expect the film to set a few unbreakable records as far as the opening day biz is concerned. Although it is too early to predict the screen size, we expect the film to release on approximately 2500 screens in India. Given the wide release and the hype surrounding the film, it wouldn’t be over ambitious to expect a Rs 18 to 20 crore opening from the film. The last Avengers, i.e. Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) raked in Rs 10.95 crore on its opening day at the Box-Office in India.
