1. The film has turned out to be the 5th Highest Opener of all time. It is now one of the top five openers which include at the top Dhoom 3 followed by Chennai Express, then third highest being Ek Tha Tiger, fourth highest being Singham Returns and now Bang Bang at the fifth position.
2. Also Bang Bang has become the biggest opener of Hrithik Roshan’s career so far. Previously the actor had scored 24.25 crores with his last film Krrish 3.
3. Bang Bang is Katrina Kaif’s third film now to have made the highest opening of all time. She already has Dhoom 3 and Ek Tha Tiger in the first and third position.
4. Bang Bang has become 2014’s second highest opener after Singham Returns which opened with 32 crores.
5. Also Bang Bang which released with Haider has set a record of collecting huge in spite of competition. Previously a similar clash had taken place when Shah Rukh Khan’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan opened with Ajay Devgn’s Son Of Sardaar yet Jab Tak Hai Jaan had opened with a mere 15 crores as opposed to Bang Bang‘s opening 27.54 crores.
