Join UsThe release of Jhootha Hi Sahi, which Madhu Mantena has produced jointly with Saregama, has been postponed by a week. Instead of 15th October, the John Abraham starrer will now come on 22nd. Also releasing on 22nd October is Rakht Charitra which Madhu Mantena has produced with Sheetal Talwar.
In effect, the release of two films of Mantena on the same day means that they will cut into each other’s earnings. Notwithstanding this fear, Madhu Mantena took the decision of postponing ‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’ by a week, for two reasons – background score of the film was not ready, and if he brought his film on 15th, it would have to withstand the opposition of not one but two films viz. Aakrosh and Knock Out.
