Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer maintained a decent performance over it’s first weekend. While a usual Monday drop was expected, the film managed to hold well. It collected 5.07 crores on it’s fourth day, thus taking it’s total to 43.23 crores at the domestic box office.
Tamasha gathered mixed reviews from the critics as well as audiences. The film was mainly riding high on the super-hit pairing of ex-flames Ranbir and Deepika who took everyone by storm with their last film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Unfortunately, the film could not perform as well as the earlier one.

Although, Tamasha is certainly a way up for Ranbir whose last film Bombay Velvet made a lifetime collection of 23.67 crores at the domestic box office.
