Sultan Becomes 6th Highest Grosser In Overseas; Beats My Name Is Khan

Ali Abbas Zafar’s sports drama Sultan has done phenomenal business in the international markets. In 3 weeks, the film collected $23.09 million (154.10 crores) at the overseas box office.

With this total, Sultan has beaten the lifetime overseas collection of SRK’s My Name Is Khan which was $23 million.

The film is now the 6th highest grossing film at the overseas market. Sultan’s immediate target is 3 Idiots, who made a whopping business of $26 million. However, it seems difficult for Sultan to beat this record.

Sultan is produced under the banner of YRF and it features Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh in pivotal roles.
