Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety Climbs Further On Its 4th Wednesday At The Box Office

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety is currently in its 4th week on the big screen, as it still manages to attract audiences to the theatres. The film’s collection witnessed a minor jump on Wednesday, compared to what it collected on Monday and Tuesday. Directed by Luv Ranjan, the film has had an impressive run ever since it hit the Box Office.

On Wednesday, the film raked in another 81 lakhs, lifting its grand total up to 101.69 crores. Despite the release of Ajay Devgn’s Raid, the movie has managed to keep a steady pace.

The lead actors – Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Nijar are elated, since this is their first film to cross the 100 crore milestone. Kartik Aaryan posted a picture yesterday of him celebrating his film’s entry into the 100 crore club, thanking his team and fans as he talks about his journey so far.

Nushrat Bharucha too was on cloud nine after her latest achievement. The actress said in a statement, “Industry has already started looking at me differently. And that difference is of belief. I can feel a sense of belief in me. When you have been persistent for as long as I have been, you have to exercise a certain amount of caution, but I want to do everything. I wish there were 48 hours in a day and 14 days in a week.”

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety revolves around Sonu (Kartik) and Titu (Sunny), 2 childhood friends stuck in a complicated love triangle, which ends up in a war between love and friendship. Shot in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, the film also features Pawan Chopra, Ishita Raj and Alok Nath. It is produced by T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.
