This Independence day release is the much awaited action drama ‘Singham Returns‘. Starring Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor in lead roles, this is the second installment of the hit Rohit Shetty film ‘Singham‘. With a long weekend in the loop, Singham Returns has a good chance to put up some excellent business at the box office.

The film’s advance booking has already started with full swing and the morning show sales for the tickets have been going extremely well in multiplexes. Singham Returns has already sold out tickets rampantly in Pune, Delhi-NCR region and Mumbai too looks good. Interestingly, the ticket rates for the film have been kept at a normal range of 250-300 even for the late evening shows. The late evening shows in the areas such as Noida and Ghaziabad are also filling fast in multiplexes.

Overall looking at the advance booking, it seems that the film will be faring extremely well in metros since the multiplexes are showing a good occupancy for the first day. Considering the film is releasing on a holiday, the film is expected to open with good numbers.
