Despite Holi’s partial Holiday accommodating closed theaters for half a day in most parts of the country, Ajay Devgn’s Shaitaan has managed to churn out phenomenal numbers. The 3rd Sunday has already taken the total of the film to 129 crore at the box office.
Now, with Holi’s partial Holiday, the horror flick, helmed by Vikas Bahl, has managed to cross 132 crore at the box office, at the least. The early trends suggest that it earned 3.15 – 3.40 crore on Monday, Holi.
Consider It A Jump
However, the collections overall have dropped on Holi as compared to 3rd Sunday on March 24. But still, the Holi box office collection for Shaitaan should be considered a jump on Monday with a 3+ crore collection since the theaters were closed in the first half in most parts of north and central India.

Leading Every Single Film In Theater
With Monday’s box office collection, Ajay Devgn‘s Shaitaan is leading every single film that is running in the theater right now. While it might have crossed the collection of this Friday’s releases, Madgaon Express and Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, it has also registered better numbers than Sidharth Malhotra’s Yodha and Yami Gautam’s Article 370.
As per the early trends, Kunal Kemmu’s directorial debut might collect somewhere between 2.75 – 3 crore on Monday, and Randeep Hooda’s Savarkar biopic might bring 2 crore – 2..30 crore on Holi. Yodha might earn in the range of 1.50 crore to 1.80 crore; even Yami Gautam’s film might register 0.60 crore – 0.70 crore on Holi.
Eyeing The 150 Crore Mark?
Currently, Ajay Devgn’s Shaitaan has crossed the 130 crore mark. The film is a surprise performer at the box office since, considering the genre, it was not expected to cross even 100 crore at the box office! But now, it might eye the 150 crore mark next, as predictions suggest another 25 crore might be added to the current number.
