Shaitaan Box Office Collection Day 15 (Early Trends): Maintains A Good Hold On 3rd Friday, All Set To Grow On Saturday!

Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan’s Shaitaan ended week two on Thursday and has now stepped into its third week at the Indian box office. As a couple of noteworthy Bollywood releases arrived, the film was expected to witness a noticeable drop, but surprisingly, the dip in the collection was quite normal on day 15. While most of the stars stick to the mass entertainers and avoid taking big risks, Ajay Devgn is one such veteran star who doesn’t hesitate to try his hands at different genres. Due to the same reason, there’s always some intrigue about his films, and this time, everything worked in favor, be it the trailer or content.

Coming back to the collection update, Shaitaan witnessed a minimal fall compared to Thursday’s 2.66 crores and earned a good score of 2.20-2.50 crores on the third Friday. Considering the early trends, the total collection of the film has gone up to 119.88-120.18 crores at the Indian box office after 15 days.

The two Bollywood releases, Madgaon Express and Swatantra Veer Savarkar have taken away a considerable chunk of screens, but Shaitaan is still maintaining a good hold during the third week. It clearly shows that the content has been appreciated by the audience, and again, on Saturday and Sunday, there will be a big turnout of the audience to watch the film.

On Saturday, Shaitaan might touch the 4 crore mark. If that happens, Sunday will definitely head towards the 5 crore mark. So, as of now, the third weekend is aiming to bring in over 11 crores. From here, the next big target is to reach the 150 crore milestone at the Indian box office. If the task gets accomplished, it’ll be a big victory for everyone and an eye-opener for those who hesitate to experiment with the horror genre.

Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film was released in theatres on 8th March. It also stars Janki Bodiwala, Jyothika, and Anngad Raaj in key roles.
