Shaitaan Box Office Collection Day 1 VS Drishyam 2 (Overseas): With $550K Ajay Devgn’s Horror Flick Trends On Similar Lines Of His Previous Blockbuster!

Shaitaan is growing at the Indian box office, and the film has collected 34.39 crore in two days. While it opened at 15.21 crore on day 1, it collected 19.18 crore on day 2. Surprisingly, it opened better than expected overseas as well and collected 21.50 crore on day 1.

Starring Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, and Jyothika, the supernatural horror flick helmed by Vikas Bahl has done a business of $550K overseas, which is close to 4.55 crore INR. Interestingly, the film is trending close to the lines of how Drishyam 2 performed on day 1 at the box office.

Drishyam 2 Earned $402K From Five Major Territories

The psychological thriller starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, and Ishita Dutta opened well on day 1. It collected a cumulative of $402K from five major territories overseas, including the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

Meanwhile, Shaitaan has collected $550K overseas, which includes a collection of $295K from the five major territories and the rest from other territories.

Meanwhile, Shaitaan opened on similar lines as Drishyam 2 in India as well. While the psychological thriller from 2022 opened at 15.38 crore in India, Shaitaan missed by only a few lakhs as it collected 15.21 crore on day 1.
