Shah Rukh Khan is all set to spread his magic on silver screen once again with his upcoming rom-com Jab Harry Met Sejal. The film is directed by Imtiaz Ali and also stars Anushka Sharma in a lead role.

SRK’s last Raees was a ‘Plus’ affair. Despite clashing with Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil, it managed to maintain a good stride at the box office. The film made a lifetime box office business of 139 crores to become SRK’s 4th highest grossing film of all time. Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the film also featured Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan in key roles.

Talking about the star’s Top 10 highest grossing films of all time, his last release Raees had surpassed the lifetime business of Jab Tak Hai Jaan (120.65 crores). However, it failed to beat his few last films like – DilwaleHappy New Year and Chennai Express.

Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, the film is slated to release on the 4th of August, 2017. The film revolves around how Harry & Sejal’s journey across Europe in search for Sejal’s engagement ring makes Harry understand love & relationships better. The romantic comedy will showcase Anushka for the first time in the role of a Gujarati girl named Sejal Jhaveri while Shah Rukh plays a Punjabi guy named Harinder Singh Nehra.

On the other work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in Anand L Rai’s dwarf film which also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in lead roles. This trio of SRK, Katrina & Anushka are back after 2012’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan in Aanand L. Rai’s Dwarf Film.
