Satyagraha: 2nd Tuesday Box Office Collections

Prakash Jha’s Satyagraha already seems to be weary at the box office as the film earned 90 lacs only on its 2nd Tuesday. The film’s total collections so far has accumulated to 62.30 crores at the domestic box office.

Though the film as fared mildly well in the overseas circuits too especially in the G.C.C, critics agreed that this isn’t even close to the work that is expected of Prakash Jha and his actors Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn or even Kareena Kapoor. The film will wrap up its run by the conclusion of this week as Shuddh Desi Romance and the new releases will surely overtake the market.

With this the movie has now beaten the lifetime collections of Shootout At Wadala (62 crores) at the Domestic Box Office, taking the 9th Position at Koimoi’s Top 10 Highest Grossers Of 2013 List.
