Rascals Takes Ordinary Start At Box-Office

David Dhawan’s Rascals has taken an ordinary start in theaters across India on the opening day  (Thursday, October 6). Although the Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan starrer has opened on the holiday of Dussehra, the film’s collections have been ordinary at most places.

The festive  occasion of Dussehra sees collections dropping in certain centres and going up in others centres. Generally, the number of centres where collections see a fillip is higher. However, preliminary reports suggests that the opening of Rascals has belied the trend.

Update: A few cinemas in cities like Delhi have reported house-full collections.
