Rampage Box Office: Starts Its Second Week With A Bang!

Brad Peyton’s film Rampage is having a pretty good run at the India box office. Starring A-list stars like Dwayne Johnson, Naomie Harris, Malin Akerman, Jake Lacy and many others, the sci-fi action blockbuster has already ended its second weekend at the Indian box office on a positive note. With a big fan base in India, Dwayne Johnson has had a lot of successes in India like his last film Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle which had a good run as well.

As of now, Rampage stands at the grand total of 25.1 crores after the completion of its 2nd weekend. The movie has maintained a steady run ever since its 1st day, when it earned 2.65 crores. Things are looking good for Dwayne Johnson, as his fan base continues to grow bigger in India.

Originally, Rampage was scheduled to release on April 20th. But with the Avengers: Infinity War moving up its release date to 27th April worldwide, the makers decided to prepone the release date by a week to avoid a clash. While it did face some friction from October in India, neither film was heavily affected, since they were targeted towards different demographics.

At the worldwide box office, Rampage has been doing phenomenally well, as it races towards the $300 million mark. After its second weekend, its global collections stand at $283 million.
