Rajnikant Not in Dhoom 3

Yash Raj Films, the producer of the Dhoom franchise has clarified that the Robot superstar Rajnikant has not been approached for their next production, Dhoom 3. “While Yash Raj Films has the utmost respect for the actor, the truth is that no such plans have been made. The script is still under finalization and all casting will be done post that,” said an official release.

The final announcement for Dhoom 3 is expected to be made in January 2011, along with the much awaited directorial venture of Yash Chopra. The production house, one of the biggest in India, also denied rumours of a standoff between Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra and a possible separation between the two because of this.
