Ajay Devgn’s Raid is all set to open today at the box office and with the kind of reviews it has been getting, it’s easy to say the movie could sustain well at the box office. Going by the track record of Ajay Devgn, his movies in the past have opened on a good note.
He has had 2 movies with 30 crores + opening which includes Golmaal Again (33 crores) and Singham Returns (32 crores). A strange thing is he does not has any movies which have opened in the range of 20 crores. The third highest opener of Ajay Devgn is Baadshaho with 12.03 crores and the bottom two is Himmatwala (12 crores) and Bol Bachchan (11.40 crores).

With Raid, the trade pundits have been expecting a decent opening for the film but it will need to cross Bol Bachchan‘s numbers to enter the list. The movie is a crime-drama and could click with the people as it has enough entertainment values.
Raid also features Ileana D’Cruz, is set in the 1980s era. It tells the story of an income tax officer.

Ajay said the film’s makers interacted with real income tax officers to establish the part. Will Raid enter the list of top 5 highest earners of Bollywood? Vote your opinion and share your thoughts in the comments section below.
