Race 2 Sees Good Growth on 2nd Saturday; Better than New Releases

After making 3.25 Crores on its 2nd Friday at the domestic box office, Race 2 made another 5.30 Crores on its 2nd Saturday. The movie now stands at a domestic total of 83.95 Crores. The movie is consistently performing better than the new releases, i.e.  David, Midnight’s Children, Vishwaroop, Mai, Deewana Main Deewana andListen…Amaya.

Even though Vishwaroop saw some growth on Saturday it was no where at par with Race 2. The makers of Race 2 are definitely in for a roll. Sunday numbers are expected to be even better. Let’s see how long the movie takes to hit the 100 Crore benchmark.
