Kangana Ranaut’s Queen though received excellent reviews from the critics and a positive word of mouth, the film unfortunately couldn’t convert the same in great numbers. The movie made a business of around 1.75 crores on its opening day i.e. on its 1st Friday at the Domestic Box Office.
Queen performed well only in premium multiplexes of metros like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR. However, the response at single screens and mass centres was very poor. The film failed to grab attention especially in the Central India circuits.

Had the performance of the flick remained same in the single screens and rural centres, it could have made much better business! Nevertheless, the early reports of Saturday’s occupancy seems to be better. If the evening and night shows show any signs to pick up, Queen will have high chances to put up some good numbers at the Box Office in its opening weekend.
