Neerja Makes 175% Profit At The Box Office

Neerja starring Sonam Kapoor turned out to be a successful film at the box office. The emotional drama based on the life of slain flight attendant Neerja Bhanot’s life was appreciated by critics as well as audiences.

With the new releases performing low, Neerja remained strong.

The film currently stands with a total collection of 57.75 crores nett at the India box office. Made on a modest budget of 21 crores, the film has now made a profit of 36.75 crores, thus taking its profit percentage to 175% at the box office.

Neerja has been made tax free in Maharashtra and a few other states.
