Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan Sets A Record To Become The 1st 100 Cr Malayalam Film

Veteran actor Mohanlal’s latest release Pulimurugan has become first Malayalam film to make it to the 100 crore club, globally. The film released on 7th October and became the highest opening day grosser for a Malayalam film with a collection of 4.05 crore.

Later, the film maintained a great pace and 4.83 crore on Sunday, becoming the highest collection on a single day for a Malayalam film.

Interestingly, other than the South states, it also managed to perform at the UAE box office very well.

After remaining rock steady, the film has now managed to make it to the 100 crore club.
