Main Tera Hero had a good fifth day collection. In fact, the film picked up on Tuesday. Showing a good jump yesterday, it raked in approx 4.50 crores which is good. This has happened due to the bank holiday for Ram Navmi yesterday. The film now stands with a total collection of 29.5 crores at the domestic box office.

This David Dhawan film has now surpassed the lifetime business of films like Highway and Dedh Ishqiya. Main Tera Hero now stands at the eighth position in the Top 10 Grossers of 2014 list of movies and is sure to climb further since the film is currently in its first week only. This comic caper starring Varun Dhawan, Nargis Fakhri and Ileana DCruz is enjoying a positive word of mouth. The film being a fresh youth appealing film has a scope to earn in multiplex.

With an estimation of around a 35 crore first week business, Main Tera Hero may soon be surpassing Shaadi Ke Side Effects at the domestic box office collections.
