Universal’s Little Fockers may have debuted at the top spot but its 26th December weekend gross of US $30.8 million, taking its five-day opening to $45.1 million, was not too impressive. By comparison, Meet The Fockers had made $46.1 million in the same Christmas weekend in 2004 for a five-day start of $70.5 million.

True Grit was the other new film which entered the Top 5 chart. Debuting at no. 2, the Paramount flick collected $24.9 million in three days and $36.1 million in five days. Walt Disney’s Tron: Legacy fell two places from the previous weekend, collecting $19.2 million at no.

3. Its 10-day total went up to $87.4 million.

The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader fell one place. At no. 4, it grossed $9.5 million in its third weekend to take its 17-day total to $62.6 million.

Warner Bros.’ Yogi Bear rounded off the Top 5 chart. Falling three places, it amassed $7.8 million in its second weekend. Its 10-day total was $35.8 million.
