As expected, Salman Khan’s Kick has opened with an excellent occupancy. The film was touted to be one of the biggie releases of 2014 and since it is releasing on the festive season of Eid, the responses for the film are expected to be much higher than usual.
In Mumbai, the morning shows were almost housefull. The Suburbs and South Bombay both experienced a 95-100% occupancy. This was expected since the advance bookings for the morning slots were sold out yesterday itself.
In Delhi-NCR, the morning shows opened good with 95% occupancy. In cities like Gurgaon, the occupancy on an average was 85-90%, Noida saw 90-95% average occupancy, Ghaziabad with 95% occupancy, while Faridabad was packed housefull for morning shows with 100% occupancy.

Metros like, Pune too opened with full swing for Kick as the morning shows went housefull. Bangalore too had a 85-90% occupancy. In the South, Chennai was low among others. Hyderabad on the other hand was again good with 85-90% occupancy in the morning. In the East zone, Kolkata with 90-95% occupancy opened great too.
While in majority of places, afternoon shows too are already booked, by late evening Kick is sure to bring in excellent opening collections at the box office.
