Kick remained steady on the 3rd Friday. The film collected 1.97 crores on Friday. With this, the 15 day total for this film now stands at 216.97 crores at the domestic box office. The Salman Khan starrer had an enormous start and completely cashed in on the festive Eid fervour. Becoming the highest grosser of 2014, the film entering its third week now, seems to have kept up its good pace.

The film’s screen count was affected because of the new release of Akshay Kumar’s ‘Entertainment’. Since this film has released two weeks after Kick, the audience appeal is expected to be higher for this family entertainer. Due to the new release, Kick slowed down for the morning shows on Friday although it picked up during the late evening shows.

Kick which is also pulling off excellent business in the overseas circuit has become Salman Khan’s first entrant into the 200 crore club. The movie is expected to remain steady over the week and is estimated to finish off around 220 crores by the end of the third week.
