Kapoor And Sons : Day 2 (1st Saturday) Box Office Collections

Kapoor And Sons starring Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan in lead roles, took a good opening on Friday. The film after collecting 6.85 crores on its first day, showed a decent jump on Saturday. It collected 7.75 crores on its second day, thus taking its total to 14.60 crores in India.

The film received immense praises from the critics and that seems to have worked in the film’s favor. Also being high on star value and popular music, the film was expected to hook the urban audiences.

The film’s evening business was slightly hampered because of the on-going T20 World Cup tournament which had the big India-Pakistan clash yesterday. Sunday is expected to be big for the film
