After taking an opening of 20.21 crores, Kabir Singh has become the highest opener for Shahid Kapoor. The hard work for Shahid has finally paid off it seems.

Now as the early estimates of day 2, the film saw an upward trend on Saturday. If we go by it, the film has collected in the range of 22-24 crores. If this happens to be true, then the total collection would stand between 42-44 crores. Because of the positive word of mouth and good reviews, and despite being A certified film, it’s grabbing audiences’ attention which is huge!
