Humshakals opened with an excellent numbers at the domestic box office. But the film, starring Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor in lead roles, has made the audiences laugh their hearts out not only in the domestic circuit but also in the overseas circuit.

Humshakals which released in 40 countries had a good weekend overseas. The film raked in $2.02 million i.e. 12.16 crores in the International arena.

The film performed well mainly in UAE and GCC circuits, what with collecting over 4 crores in the opening weekend. From UK and Ireland, Humshakals collected 1.35 crores, while in USA it made a business of about 1.25 crores in the 1st weekend.

The film fared decently in Canada, New Zealand and Australia, where they raked in 34 lacs, 22 lacs and 29 lacs respectively. The collections are lower than the other 2014’s performers such as Jai Ho, 2 States and Gunday.
