Hrithik Roshan-starrer Agneepath made Rs. 15.50 crore (all-India net) in its second weekend at the box-office. The film had collected Rs. 91.80 crore in its first 8-day week. This takes its 11-day total to Rs. 107.3 crore. As predicted, Agneepath crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark on Sunday.
Agneepath holds the highest opening day record for a film (Rs. 23 crore on Jan 26). In spite of the trade people having almost written off Agneepath on Friday (second day) because of the drop in collections, it has done extremely well and proved the trade wrong once again. In the Overseas circuit, the film grossed Rs. 22 crore in 8 days!
