The animated film ‘How To Train Your Dragon 2‘ had a good first week in India. The film collected, 93 lacs on Monday, 60 lacs on Tuesday, 58 lacs on Wednesday, 68 lacs on Thursday. After its first week, the film now stands with a total collection of 8.04 crores at the India box office.

While animation films have worked well in India, after Rio 2, ‘How To Train A Dragon’ is the second animated that has performed well in the Indian circuit. Being a franchise film, the film has also benefited from the success of its last installment. Coming from the Fox Star studio, the film has had a good response at the multiplexes.The film is expected to perform steady in the second week too.
