Housefull 4 Box Office: Beats Housefull 2, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Raazi & 4 Others In 6 Days Flat

Housefull 4 Box Office: The Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon & Riteish Deshmukh led comedy film has passed the litmus test of Wednesday as it put up big numbers yet again. After the huge benefit of Post Diwali National holiday & Bhai Dooj’s partial holiday, the film was expected to show atleast a normal drop of 50%. However, the numbers were rock steady as the film ended up collecting 16.35 crores compared 24.04 crores previous day.

There’s a difference of less than 3 crores in the opening day business of the film and 6th day business and that tells the whole story of public acceptance itself.

Housefull 4 has earned 128.17 crores in 6 days and with this it has crossed the lifetime business of a list of big Bollywood films. First of all, Housefull 4 has become top grosser in Housefull franchise by crossing the lifetime business of Housefull 2 (114 crores) and then it has shattered the milestones created by other big films like Jolly LLB 2 (117 crores), Jab Tak Hai Jaan (120.65 crores), Agneepath (123.05 crores), Raazi (123.17 crores), Kaabil (126.58 crores) & Rustom (127.49 crores).

The film is all set to end first week on a high note and is targetting films like Airlift (129 crores), Stree (129.67 crores), Rowdy Rathore (131 crores), M.S. Dhoni- The Untold Story (133.04 crores), Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (133.60 crores), Badhaai Ho (136.80 crores), Raees (137.51 crores) & even Judwaa 2 (138 crores).

While 150 crores mark is just 2 days away, Housefull 4 will surely cross 200 crores mark too very soon.

In our Box Office Review earlier, we stated that, “Housefull 4 will be loved by the majority of the audience. Opening of the film won’t be great as it has released in Pre-Diwali period but in upcoming few days it will take full benefit of the festive period and will prove to be a Sure Shot Hit. Housefull 4 is another 200 crores grosser of Akshay Kumar and will emerge his highest grosser as well.”
