Housefull 3 starring Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh in lead roles has scored huge in its opening weekend. The film collected 53.31 crores at the domestic box office in its first three days itself.

The film has now beaten Shah Rukh Khan’s Fan to become the highest opening weekend grosser of 2016.

The film has started out to be a record breaker of sorts and is expected to maintain an upswing in the weekdays too.
