Raj Kapoor & Dilip Kumar were the stars of 1949 as they gave multiple big hits and contributed immensely to the industry. While Raj Kapoor’s Barsaat along with Nargis was top grosser of 1949, his and Dilip Kumar’s Andaz along with Nargis was 2nd highest grossing film.
Dilip Kumar’s Shabnam also managed to do very well and stand tall among top 10 grossers of 2019.
Ashok Kumar’s Mahal also did excellently well and became 3rd highest grosser of 2019. Dillagi, Badi Bahen were other major grossers of the year.
